Studio / LIFE with Color & Light

I opened Creative Photography’s Studio in Limassol, Cyprus at the urging of close friends who have seen my works and have noticed that this kind of photography was not yet approached by me, and who had the conviction that I can excel in this kind of photography as well.

I want to thank this way to all those who believed in me and supported me to tackle Studio Photography also, and tell them that it would have been much harder without their encouragement and support.

Here at Creative Photography by Cristian Dascalu, we aim to put in the best light the personality of the models that appeals to our services. Although initially I was not an adept at photography with artificial light, I have learned along the way how to arrange it and how to play with it, so that photo sessions will achieve the highest quality.

Etymologically speaking, the word “photography” comes from Greek words photos (= light) and graphic (= writing, description, painting). That is why some call it “drawing with light”. In fact, it makes the camera to capture the light either on a piece of celluloid or on an electronic sensor or other medium. What remains is the light.

You do not have light, you do not have photo!
